Locally reared pork blended with crushed chillis makes for our hottest sausage meat has been developed in the style of sausages similar to those found in Calabria. This is a hot and spicy Calabrian style sausage meat that is made in house from pork where the pigs are reared on a farm less than three miles away, allowing us to control the quality of the meat we are serving to you.

Our seasoning mix is made in house and will add a wonderful flavour to your pizza, It will also explode your tastebuds when added into pasta dishes, including both tomato base and cream sauces.

Packages as sausage meat, not sausages, as it is intended to be used on pizza or in pasta dishes. The picture is for representative purposes only.

The sausage meat has a shelf life of approximately 7 days.
