Made from large 1kg Fior di Latte Mozzarella balls that are then portioned into approximately 1cm cubes this light coloured cheese gives of a slightly lactic flavour that is associated with Italian fresh mozzarella balls. To handle this cheese is slightly wetter like it’s ball cousin meaning you may want to let it drain through a sieve for a short while whilst you’re preparing your pizza. This cheese will give the most amazing stretch without the rubbery texture and will deliver great browning when it’s being cooked.
Available in Individual pizza packet size or 300g family/party bag.
