  • How to press and stretch your dough

To join the class you must be using Great Balls of Flour dough balls

  • Why the toppings are important to how your pizza cooks
  • The importance of the peel
  • How to handle cooking with the naked flames
  • The opportunity to ask questions throughout the masterclass

Courses start at 7pm on a Friday night

Ooni Oven
Courses start at 5pm on a Saturday evening
