Imported from Italy each week this is a truly spectacular Mozzarella di Bufala that is available in limited quantities each week to ensure you will be receiving the freshest possible cheese.

A delicious, light, and creamy fresh mozzarealla ball made from buffalo cow’s milk in the traditional Italian way. This mozzarella will give you quite a light taste with subtle hints of milk. Perfect for topping on pizza – and it will make the best Margherita.

You could also serve this as a perfect pizza accompaniment on top of a side salad shredded over the top of a salad and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

TIP: We recommend draining the cheese and letting it sit for around 15 – 20 minutes before using it as a topping for pizza. This will ensure that liquid doesn’t soak through the pizza base.
