If you have ever been to Norcia you will have seen (and most likely tasted) the amazing array of sausages and cured meats they have on offer. For a tiny village locaged in the rolling Umbrian mountains, it punches well above its weight and delivers some amazing sausages. If you haven’t ever been add it to your bucket list, and rest assured in the meantime that our sausage meat has been carefully replicated to reflect the local tastes you would find in Norcia.

As with all of our sausage meats we use  Locally reared pork and have mixed this with a seasoning of garlic and rosemary. The Umbrian garlic and rosemary sausage meat is made in house from pork where the pigs are reared on a farm less than three miles away, allowing us to control the quality of the meat we are serving to you and using a seasoning we have carefully developed to ensure it delivers a balance of flavours throughout.

Crumble your sausage meat on top of your pizza, without needing to cook it before use. The sausage meat is also great in many Italian style pasta and stew dishes.

Packaged as sausage meat, not sausages, as it is intended to be used on pizza or in pasta dishes. The picture is for representative purposes only.

The sausage meat has a shelf life of approximately 7 days.
