Bufallo di Mozzarella
A delicious, light and creamy fresh mozzarealla ball made from buffalo cow’s milk in the traditional Italian way. This mozzarella will give you quite a light taste with subtle hints of milk. Perfect for topping on pizza – and it makes the best margherita.
You could also serve this as a perfect pizza accompaniment on top of a side salad shredded over the top of a salad and drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
TIP: drain the mozzarella ball from its brine around 15 minutes before topping on your pizza to ensure your pizza base does not become too soggy. 125g ball (net weight). Total weight 225g
