Finally everyone can enjoy pizza night together whether they're gluten intolerant, vegetarian or want to enjoy a plant based diet. 

Each gluten-free dough ball weighs 250g, just the same as our original and sourdough versions but the connections don't stop there. Once you have prepared your toppings and baked the gluten-free balls you will be hard-pressed to find the difference between traditional wheat flour versions once you've added some delicious toppings.

If are following a low gluten diet, or suffer from coeliac disease or would just prefer something that agrees better with your digestive system then you may find the gluten free balls are the right choice for you.

Each gluten free pizza dough ball is wrapped individually to ensure that they do not come into contact with any wheat based items.

Gluten Free pizza dough balls are sent out frozen and may be frozen upon receipt even if they have partially defrosted during their journey. We recommend you keep the gluten free pizza dough balls frozen until the time you are baking them. Each order includes a cooking guide.

Choose from either 8 or 4 gluten free and 4 original, or 4 gluten free and 4 Sourdough balls and add on 500ml of our house blended tomato sauce made only with Italian tomatoes, add more sauce in toppings if you would like more.

Our dough balls have ingredients that include wheat and barley based products which means they will contain gluten. Our dairy cheese products contain milk which means they will contain lactose. Our meat based products contain pork. Our Cocoa calzone product uses soy.

All of our products are freshly prepared in our kitchen where there may be traces of nuts and other allergens. We do not have dedicated preparation areas and there may be a risk of cross contamination.

So far so good

This was only our second attempt at making pizza so not experts but it seemed to good , my tip is use coarse semolina flour on the peel so the pizza shoots off
