Our full-circulation flue system, ceramic fibre insulation and patented refractory brick base allow Alfa ovens to efficiently reach and maintain temperatures up to 500°C.

Bold aesthetics

The oven’s seamless shell is made from a single sheet of powder-coated steel, with no rivets, making it both elegant and durable. Good looks and flawless performance, hand in hand.

Crafted in Italy

The inner wall is made from titanium-impregnated 441 stainless steel, a material that can tolerate thermal stress and resist heat, corrosion and atmospheric agents.
