A Gluten Free alternative to Flour and Semolina that will make pressing and shaping your Gluten Free pizza base out easier and reduce the possibility of your GF ball sticking to the preparation surface.
As with our flour and semolina mix this essential item for any aspiring pizzaiolo needing to work with our gluten free dough balls.
Made from a mix gluten free rice flour and ground rice a light dusting on your pizza peel as well as your preparation surface will ensure that your GF pizza base will not stick to the peel, making your dough ball a lot easier to handle.
Our mix uses a coarse rice grind to simulate the coarse teture of semolina flour.
Feedback from customers is that this mix really reduces base sticking and makes handling gluten free much easier.
