Experience the authentic taste of sourdough pizza with our sourdough pizza dough balls. Unlike other dough balls that claim to be sourdough, our dough balls are made with only natural yeast, without any added yeasts. We take great care to maintain our sourdough starter to ensure it’s strong and healthy, which delivers a good rise and a deep, rich, nutty flavour to the dough. Once you try our sourdough dough balls, you’ll find it hard to go back to any other dough.

Made with wild yeast, high-protein wheat flour, water, and salt, our sourdough dough balls are preservative-free. Our sourdough “mother” called Bubbles has been nurtured for over since 2017, giving it a highly developed taste that enhances the flavour of your pizza.

Our sourdough mix goes through a long, slow, temperature controlled fermentation process over 2 days, allowing the flavours to fully develop, and the proteins to break down, making the pizza base rich in flavour, stretchy with a bit of chew, and easy to digest. Each 250-gram ball can be stretched out to make a pizza of at least 30cm/12″ diameter.

Our dough balls are shipped frozen and may arrive either partially or fully defrosted. They can be refrozen upon receipt or defrosted and kept chilled at <5°C for up to 3 days. Packed in insulated bags with ice gel packs, they will arrive in perfect condition.
