Sourdough Pizza Dough balls, a taste enjoyed by Italians for hundreds of years and now one that you can easily enjoy at home. Experience the authentic taste of sourdough pizza with our sourdough pizza dough balls. Our sourdough pizza dough balls are made with only natural wild yeast, and we never add additional yeast. Great care is taken to maintain our sourdough starter to ensure it is strong and healthy, ensuring it delivers a great rise and develops a deep, rich, nutty flavour to the dough during our 48 hour proofing period. Once you try our sourdough dough balls, you’ll find it hard to go back to any other dough, and will never have to struggle to make your own sourdough pizza dough balls.
Made with wild yeast, high-protein wheat flour, water, and salt, our sourdough dough balls are preservative-free. Our sourdough “mother” called Bubbles has been nurtured for over since 2017, giving it a highly developed taste that enhances the flavour of your pizza.
Our sourdough mix goes through a long, slow, temperature controlled fermentation process over 2 days, allowing the flavours to fully develop, and the proteins to break down, making the pizza base rich in flavour, stretchy with a bit of chew, and easy to digest. Each 250-gram ball can be stretched out to make a pizza of at least 30cm/12″ diameter.

Our dough balls are shipped frozen and may arrive either partially or fully defrosted. They can be refrozen upon receipt or defrosted and kept chilled at <5°C for up to 3 days. Packed in insulated bags with ice gel packs, they will arrive in perfect condition.

GBSourdough - tasty!
I found it really tricky to stretch the dough before making my pizzas, but I guess it’s 'practice makes perfect’ ! The dough tastes delicious, and the order process was smooth. I’m going to try the regular dough next and see if I can improve my pizza-making skills!

Wanted the subscription but have no conteol in when is sends. Arrived after i leave work on a friday so all wasted.

Your first order was processed on the 13th of June, and your second order was processed exactly three months later on the 13th of September and an email was sent to you on this date confirming your subscription renewal. Our subscription service is aligned with the standard delivery option you selected, so your second order was shipped on the 14th of September for delivery on the 15th of September. I've reviewed our system to ensure you received all the relevant notifications and information. I can see you received an automated email from us on the 14th of September at 2pm, which included the tracking number for your shipment. Additionally, you received a notification from DPD on the 15th of September, the day of the delivery, at 9:25 am. The parcel was successfully delivered to the address you provided at 3:26 pm on that Friday. I understand your frustration with the delivery timing, especially since you had already left work. However, it's important to note that we do not have control over the specific time slots that DPD offers to customers. We rely on their delivery schedules to ensure that your orders reach you as efficiently as possible. Your next order is scheduled to be processed on the 14th of December.
