- All orders are prepayment to company bank account unless otherwise agreed by separate contract.
- All orders should be submitted to the email address provided acounts@greatballsofflour.com specifying what is being ordered.
- The price of the goods shall be the Company’s (Yorkshire Dough Company Ltd) quoted price. The Company shall be entitled, upon notice to the Buyer to increase the price at any time before the goods are despatched to reflect the seller’s required price from time to time and upon receipt of such notice of increase the Buyer shall have the option to cancel any order placed for goods
- Order will not be prepared until payment is received. All orders are prepaid. We do not offer credit.
- Once an order has been placed, which is not a 250g ball size, it cannot be cancelled as these are made to order.
- Orders cannot be placed over the phone, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or SMS.
- Once payment has been received in the company bank account, an order will be processed orders as follows: Payment received before 9am Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) will despatch Thursday. Payment received before 9am Tuesday will despatch Monday. Payment received before 9am Wednesday will despatch Tuesday. Payment received before 9am Thursday will despatch Wednesday. Payment received before 9am Friday will despatch Thursday.
- Deliveries are made on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday except for National Holidays.
- Delivery costs: £6.90 plus VAT per carton. For pallet deliveries or frozen truck deliveries, the buyer will need to arrange their own collection.
- Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are delivered by DPD.
- For repeat/regular orders we recommend setting up a standing order.Force Majeure; If the company is unable to make a delivery due to reasons outside of its control, it will endeavour to deliver the order at the earliest opportunity. Reasons may include, but not be limited to, strikes, accidents, equipment failure etc. Should a force majeure event occur the company will notify you as soon as possible. The company will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of the Force Majeure nor will any refund be due.
- Delivery Queries – You must notify Yorkshire Dough Company in writing via email of any defects or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the order. Failure to do so within this time frame will result in any claims being rejected.
- Risk or damage, o loss of, the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery or, if the buyer wrongfully fails to take delivery, at the time delivery is tendered.
