Our standard ball weighs 250g, perfect for a 12-inch thin crust pizza, or a 10″ thicker crust. 

We can also provide other dough ball sizes as you require. 

At Great Balls of Flour, we don’t cut corners when it comes to making our dough balls and each ball benefits from bulk proofing for 48 hours. We don’t instantly blast chill and freeze our balls as we want to ensure the yeast has time to work its magic and the gluten has time to break down the carbohydrates which is crucial in creating a light, airy crust that is easy for our body to digest.

Wholesale orders are delivered frozen overnight. There is a minimum order quantity and pallet deliveries are available for larger quantities.
