ALLERGENS

We take allergens extremely seriously. Please check the ingredients tab in each product for specific allergen information.

Our wheat based dough balls have ingredients that include wheat and barley based products which means they will contain gluten. Our dairy cheese products contain milk which means they will contain lactose. Meat based products may contain pork, please check the ingredients.

GLUTEN FREE

Our Gluten Free Dough Balls and Riceolina are prepared in an environment entirely separate from our wheat based products, ensuring that no cross-contamination occurs. They are suitable for Coeliacs.

CROSS CONTAMINATION

Some of our produce is freshly prepared in our facility, where various allergens are handled.

Due to the nature of our preparation environment, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from traces of allergens, including but not limited to gluten and nut and lactose.
