• Pillow Packed: Pillow packed, not vacuum packed, keeps the base airy.
• Chilled Storage: Best stored chilled or frozen.
• Fast Defrost: Defrost a based i approximately 30 - 45 minutes.
• No Vacuum Packing: Ensures the light airy crust remains intact.

Due to the soft nature of the dough, cracks or tears may occur in these bases. This will not affect how the product cooks or the final pizza.
