Each pack contains approximately 500g of Italian style sausage meat, producing a medium coarse sausage meat and is made using our house blended Italian style seasoning mix that is expertly mixed by a local butcher.
Seven flavours are available with each flavour based upon regional flavoured specialities often associated with Italian meats.
Extremely versatile and perfect when served on pizza, in pasta dishes, casseroles, stews and much more. You could even jazz up your homemade sausage rolls with the meats.
- Napoli - Also known as Salsiccia Napoletana - is a zesty and aromatic Neapolitan style pork sausage, rich in traditional Southern Italian flavours, including Fennel.
- Calabrian - A fiery and flavourful Southern Italian style sausage featuring the bold heat of chilli peppers, perfect for those who crave a spicy kick in their dishes.
- Tuscan - A savoury and rustic Italian sausage, gently seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices but boldy flavoured with garlic bringing the taste of Tuscany to your plate.
- Sorrento - a classic all rounder sausage blended with cracked black pepper and Italian herbs. Its' versatility makes it perfect for dishes throughout the day, starting at breakfast.
- Sicilian - Another Southern Italian style flavour, smokey flavours of paprika with a hint of heat that follows afterwards.
- Milanese - A Northern classic where the pork meat is infused deliciously with Oregano, making it a perfect pizza sausage.
- Umbrian - Rosemary grows abundantly in the mountains around the Umbrian Valley adding a bold flavour to this sausage with a subtle hint of garlic.
