During the proofing and resting period the a 250g dough ball will increase in size and begin to fill the pot giving an instant visual indication of when your dough is ready to be pressed out.

Additional Product Information
We do not advise storing the proofing pots in the freezer as with many plastic products freezing them causes the plastic to stiffen and may break before returning to room temperature. If you choose to store your proofing pots in the freezer please allow time to return to room temperature before using to reduce the change of any damage to the proofing pot or lid.
