No return needed for chilled food
Please do not send chilled or perishable food back to us. Instead, contact us with your order number and let us know which eligible Dough Ball product was not right for you.
You choose the resolution
For the affected eligible Dough Ball product only, you can choose either store credit or a refund to your original payment method. The maximum total credit or refund under this goodwill guarantee is capped at the price paid for one 12-Dough Ball pack of the eligible Dough Ball product, regardless of the quantity purchased or claimed. Delivery charges are not included.
How to make a claim
- Contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the eligible Dough Ball product concerned.
- Tell us whether you would prefer store credit or a refund.
