Excellent Customer Service. There was and issue with the delivery (a courier problem - nothing to do with Great Balls of Flour) but the GBoF team were super helpful, did everything they could to assist and made sure the dough was still in tip top condition when it arrived. They really care about the quality of their product.

A really good set of dough and accessories for making home pizza's. Nice tomato sauce. I'm coeliac so getting the GF items is tricky as they go out of stock very quickly (which I guess is a good thing!). Still first successful home produce GF pizza has been tried and enjoyed. Could do with a GF starter box option being available but I worked around it.

If only ordering online was this easy for every company. I ordered 4 bags of cheese, some pepperoni and peel powder. The product arrived on time and they were perfectly packed. The cheese bags were resealable and the quality is great as was the pepperoni. They were packed with an ice pack which was still frozen meaning the products arrived in perfect condition. Definitely my new goto place for everything pizza. Communication about my order was spot on.

Easy to order, delivery was quite quick and the pizza bases were amazing. I ordered the bases, sauce, mozzarella, garlic butter & pepperoni for my daughter’s birthday party. I was feeding 8 teenagers and there was nothing left 🤣🤣🤣 Easily the best pizza base I’ve bought to make pizza at home

The peel and preparation powders did not come in the containers as advertised. They came in a bag which makes dispensing difficult. I would like to thank Great Balls of Flour for their prompt response and to provide the product in the container as advertised. They explained the reason for supplying the product in a different type of container than advertised and it made perfect sense. I have changed my rating from 2 to 5 based upon their customer care after service. p.s. the dough balls were really tasty:)

The dough is the most important part of a great pizza. Getting the right stretchy,bouncy chewy but light base is difficult to do, I’ve tried so many times before. These balls of dough are perfect, I like a lightly covered dough with a few really good quality ingredients. These are the best I’ve tried, but follow the instructions, they’re not difficult. I used my normal oven on my first attempt and got fantastic pizzas. Bought some gf dough, didn’t follow the instructions so won’t review that here. Had a problem with delivery, but that was parcelforce’s fault and was quickly solved despite Parcelforce who were pathetic in this instance!

I have been coeliac for 2 years and not been able to find a pizza base that’s any good . Tonight we were able to have one regular and one gluten free and they were amazing ! The gluten free one is fantastic and I can’t recommend this dough enough. We froze the balls and defrosted them to make our own personal pizza true perfection. Well done please don’t stop doing gluten free.

Ordered the sourdough balls to freeze while waiting for my BBQ to arrive. The delivery of the balls came very quickly, the BBQ not so fast :). However now the BBQ and pizza stone are here and the dough was magnificent. Can't wait to have some more. Getting the pizzas round is harder than I expected but besides my poor technique and wonky shapes everyone thought the bases were amazing. Thank you, 100% will order again. Amazing gluten free dough. Watched the videos which really helped explain how to handle the dough. Made the most authentic pizza since I became gluten intolerant last year. Highly recommended

Delivery arrived later than planned , through no fault of GBOF, as a result some of the contents had been damaged in transit. GBOF have to their credit sent out a full replacement order as a result.

Having used other companies and not having much success i was dubious to order, but i am so glad I did. Great price, fast delivery and the pizzas were unbelievable. Best i have had in my pizza oven. Great product

But the customer care is also faultless. I had an issue with delivery which was no fault of there’s, however they were superb in handling the situation and helped me out with a re-order. Thanks guys! :)

Saw the advert on Facebook, checked website and ordered starter pack/box. Arrived in good time. We tried to cook pizzas last night and products are excellent. We are finding it tricky to get a crispy base. Customer Service is excellent and 100% responsive even replying to emails over the weekend. They have given us tips and advice, so we’ll try again with more pizza cooking tonight. Very impressed with this company, products and service . Thank you 🙏

The ingredients are so good and the dough is super easy to work with, especially with the very helpful ‘how to’ videos. We won’t go anywhere else now for all things pizza; the sour dough, pasata, mozzarella di latte crumb. Perfecto.

Outstanding, had our first delivery with no issues. Made our first pizza in the Ooni Koda max 2. Ordered again last week and unfortunately it came a few days late. When it arrived it had gone off. I emailed and got a response from James. Another batch sent out with no problem. Very impressed with the dough balls and very impressed with James who clearly cares about his customers. Thank you

What a great find! Arrived so quickly, very fresh/on ice. Unfortunately it was raining so the pizza oven was a no go, the dough worked perfectly in the oven though. Delicious, crispy, crusty base, very happy, will defo order again!

Quick delivery, well packaged and a good price for the ease. Out of the freezer night before into a tuppaware / container to prove. Loads of semolina flour, makes a brilliant pizza! Used both the sourdough and classic and both lovely

The dough is excellent and elevates your pizzas. The pizza flour/pizza peel dust make moving your pizza so easy. Would definitely buy again.

Dough arrived a day after expected, not sure if responsibility is with the courier or not. Dough has made some nice pizzas fresh from the delivery so pleased with that.

Product great, service was easy and delivery-packaging spot on. Sourdough stretches well, better than I can make myself. Will use again.
